My thanks to Steve who has helped me get back on my feet after breaking my back, quite literally. NHS help was sadly lacking, but Steve spent time explaining the mechanics and giving me exercise goals to achieve. I shall continue going for ‘tune ups’.

thanks to Steve Miller at the Spalding clinic yet again. great friendly service coupled with very successful treatment of my on going pelvis/ back problem. I have had this problem for years but since seeing Steve for 3 monthly MOTs he has
    kept the problem manageable,
treatment coupled with lots of advice how to manage it.

  3. Sheila Laurence says:

Steve Miller’s encouragement and advice, coupled with the Osteopath treatments, over the past months have really helped me to deal with the Frozen Shoulder problem which “didn’t go away” as I’d expected it to . . .
Advice on how to cope and relax, how to adapt in my work, when to start gentle exercise and not to do too much too soon has resulted in a steady recovery.
I have alternated the Osteopathy with Sally Waterhouse’s Acupuncture treatments. Sally’s kindness and explanations have been very valuable. The Acupuncture treatments have given me relief from severe pain and are now helping my general wellbeing too.
I thoroughly recommend Total Health Care Clinic Spalding and thank them for all their help over the past months.

Having had various joints replaced recently I had lost my confidence about walking and was reliant on a stick which I hate to use.I have had five sessions of Reiki and Acupressure with Guido in Cambridge which has made me feel fantastic.I have had to drink lots of water and do deep breathing, it has made such a difference. I feel more confident, my breathing has improved and I have started to walk without the stick.I feel so much better it is unbelievable, thankyou Guido for your help.

  5. John Mills says:

I realised that something had to be done when I found getting in and out of my car an uncomfortable experience that wasn’t just down to my age. After a course of physio from Ben I no longer have any difficulty in that area; in fact I now attend a gym 3 times a week and with routine “overhaul” visits to Ben find I am fit enough to play football & tennis with my grandsons (one a County level player).

  6. Kerry Johnson says:

After suffering (unfortunately for those around me, not in silence) with a very sore hip on and off for a few months after starting a full and varied exercise routine, I finally admitted I needed help. I was booked in to see Ben at the Peteborough branch, and haven’t looked back since. Although I only had 3 sessions for my hip, Ben helped me to understand what the problem was, what I could do to help it, and also eased a lot of the tension from the responsible muscles for me. Now I have no pain in my hip, and make sure to follow his advice to retrain my body mechanics to keep it that way. I’m now suffering from some knee pain so have booked straight back in to see him again.
I was a bit intimidated about the treatment before my first visit, but Ben always put me at ease with often funny conversations as well as his experiences with various types of exercise. Although I admit trying to laugh through sometimes uncomfortable muscle release is unusual! I can’t recommend Ben enough, and would encourage people with any pain or problems to give it a try – in fact I’ve suggested it to someone in a class I attend who has a shoulder problem, and I will certainly be adding in a regular ‘check up’ every few months, to keep on top of any problems that may crop up as my fitness and routine progress.
    Thanks again!

  7. Joanne Mello says:

Having suffered with a slipped disk for 5 months, & having received poor treatment with a physio, I was quite sceptical about coming to your clinic. However, I am really pleased with the treatment that I have received. Ben explains everything to me, which is really helpful & puts me completely at ease. Not only that, he makes me laugh, which makes the treatment much easier!

  8. Terry Gregory says:

I was at a loss with back pains and had no positive response from my GP apart from fobbing me off with painkillers. I thought of osteopathy and consulted Banatyne and have nothing but positive comments to make regarding Ben Barker who has helped me to become a lot more mobile with not only massage but also with the advice he has given me. I am not completely cured but a good way down the line. I am approaching 64 years of age and am expereincing times of spritleness may this continue.
