Sally Guest

Sidelying1Sally has many years experience in the health, fitness and sports rehabilitation field working closely with local sports teams and leisure clubs as well as coaching Pilates on an individual and group basis.

 

She graduated from UCSM in Lancaster with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and Rehab, completed 3 years training in clinical, rehab and mat work Pilates, then studied and qualified in various massage and sports therapy techniques. This was followed by 5 years training at Oxford Brookes University where she gained a degree in osteopathy and increased her knowledge and interest in structural and sports related injuries.

 

Sally has a special interest in netball, basketball, rowing and running injuries and actively participates in the Milton Keynes Indoor Netball League as a player, fitness coach and league Osteopath.

 

As well as sporting types, Sally enjoys working with individuals who are new to activity, fitness and health ideas and has achieved great joint success assisting champion dieters and those returning to activity from serious or long term injuries/conditions. She also has some experience of corporate and work related health, specialising in workstation posture, alignment and ergonomic seating/working positions.
