Nicola Seabrook has always had a keen interest in the link between Nutrition and health. She trained firstly as a Dietitian and has worked in hospitals and general practices alike. She then took some time off to have her family.
Her interest in chronic conditions then lead her to train further at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London where she obtained a diploma and Foundation degree in Nutritional Therapy.
She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and regularly attends courses to meet her Continual Professional Development requirements.
She lives in Suffolk with her husband and two children and is excited at joining the team at Cambridge, Peterborough, Spalding, Milton Keynes and Northampton

I have had severe reactions to food substances – namely milk, wheat, eggs and some nut oils, for over 2 years, and visited a doctor, suggesting I eliminate gradually for 3 week minimum periods, re-introducing if I thought necessary.
I however am worried my dietry requirements look rather ‘whimsical’ and are not secure, which is why I would like testing. I am an avid follower of eating tofu and soya, but meat and fish. Anna
